THINGS TO DO Our facilities are open 12 months of the year. The Trout Lake area is ideal for snowmobiling, fishing, ATV'ing, and any other outdoor activities you may enjoy. The road to the lodge is well maintained all year as well.
Fishing - Trout Lake is known for its lake trout, pike, muskie, walleye, small and large mouth bass. We have 14' boats, motors and canoes available for rent. Gas, oil and bait are also available. We also have a boat ramp if you bring your own boat.
Camping - Trailer and tenting sites are available by the day & week. Sites are located close to the central heated washrooms and showers. Most sites have electric and water hook-ups. A trailer dumping station is also available. Snowmobiling - We generally receive tons of snow here in the near north, and as such the snowmobiling conditions are excellent. We are located near the main trails and have easy access to them. There is ample room for parking your vehicle and trailers. Gas and oil are available. Main Lodge - After a long day on the water, or the trails you can come back to the Lodge to relax. Light meals are available and we are licensed to serve your favorite beverages, from Mid September to Mid May. Swimming - An excellent sand beach fronts the property with a swimming area marked of for the children's safety and your peace of mind. Free paddle boats, kids canoe & wind surfer and swim raft with slide. While you are here you may be fortunate to see some of our wildlife. Such as bear, moose, deer, beaver, otter and numerous birds such as the osprey, cranes, loons etc. Mid August is the perfect time for berry picking (wild blueberries and wild raspberries).
